This 23-year-old woman wanted to have more feminine proportions to her nose. She also wanted to correct her deviated septum which was making it difficult to breathe through her nose. The surgeon performed a rhinoplasty and septoplasty procedure to accomplish her goals. She is shown before and five months following her surgery.
